1. Shipping Coverage & Destinations

Japanese Motor Spares Ltd ships engines, gearboxes, and heavy automotive parts nationwide across the United Kingdom as well as international destinations worldwide.

Engines and heavy assemblies are strapped securely to heavy-duty wooden pallets, shrink-wrapped, and handled via specialist freight carriers equipped with tail-lift delivery services.

2. Processing & Handling Times

Orders for in-stock motors and parts are processed and prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment clearance. A tracking number and freight carrier details will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch.

4. Delivery Inspection & Receiving Instructions

Important Receiving Requirement: You must inspect the pallet and packaging thoroughly in the presence of the delivery driver before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). If there is visible damage, note “Damaged upon delivery” clearly on the receipt and notify Japanese Motor Spares Ltd within 24 hours.
